We offer CE certified offline UV curing systems, which are available in 4" to 72" width with the power range of 200W to 500 W/inch having lamp capacity of 1, 2, 3 lamps. We also design offline UV curing system as per customer specs and needs. Offline UV curing systems are used for drying inks and varnish coated/printed by any media. UV Curing System involves cross chemical reaction when UV varnish/ink applied to object and passes through under UV light. It get cure instantly. Our systems are useful for various printing methods like screen, offset, rotogravure printing, flexo, dry offset, pad, roller coater and many more. Besides, our systems find extensive application in case of materials like metal, shoe, PVC profile, PCB, wood, glass, electronic items, automobiles, filters, plastic etc.
